Twenty thousand people leave a stadium at the same moment. Yours is the car that is already parked at an agreed point, with your name on the booking and no surge fare attached to it.
— No. 01 · Event & Concert Chauffeur
Getting to a concert is easy. Getting home is the part that ruins evenings — twenty thousand people on the same platform, an app quoting three times the fare, and a forty-minute wait in the cold at the end of a night you paid a great deal for.
A pre-booked chauffeur removes the entire problem. The collection point is agreed before you go in, the car is already there when you come out, and the fare was fixed weeks ago regardless of what the apps are doing. For an Essex household going into London for the evening, it is frequently the difference between a good night and a good night with an unpleasant hour bolted onto the end.
We cover the venues Essex audiences actually go to: the O2 at North Greenwich, Wembley Stadium and Arena, ExCeL and the Royal Docks, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Twickenham, and the West End theatres. Closer to home, Cliffs Pavilion at Southend, the Chelmsford City Racecourse events and the summer festivals in Hylands Park.
For a group, the Mercedes-Benz V-Class is the obvious answer — seven seats, a cabin that is genuinely comfortable at midnight, and refreshments waiting for the journey back. For two, the S-Class turns the drive home into the quietest part of the evening.

V-Class cabin · Travel in Style Essex

We settle exactly where the car will be before you go in — away from the crush, walkable from your exit, and the same spot every time for a venue we know.
Quoted at booking and unaffected by what happens to demand at eleven o'clock at night. No surge, no multiplier, no surprise.
Encores overrun and extra time happens. We operate 24 hours and there is no unsocial-hours surcharge on advance bookings.
Climate control, executive seating and refreshments in the cabin. The journey home is the part of the evening you get to enjoy sitting down.
— No. 02 · Venues We Know
Familiarity with a venue is worth more than familiarity with a map. Knowing which side of the O2 empties first, or where a car can legally wait near Wembley, is the whole job on an event night.
North Greenwich, ExCeL and the Royal Docks, Wembley Stadium and Arena, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Twickenham.
Shaftesbury Avenue, the Strand and Covent Garden — set-down close to the door and collection agreed before curtain-up.
Cliffs Pavilion at Southend, Chelmsford City Racecourse, Hylands Park and the county's summer events.
— No. 03 · How a Journey Unfolds
Your booking is confirmed in writing within the hour. We note your flight number, terminal, passenger count, and any particular requirements — luggage, accessibility, or a preference for a quieter cabin.
From the moment of confirmation, your flight is placed under continuous monitoring. Delays, gate changes, and early arrivals are absorbed without conversation — the schedule adjusts quietly.
The vehicle is cleaned, fuelled, and prepared personally. Refreshments are arranged. A confirmation message is sent when your chauffeur is en route.
For outbound journeys, the car arrives at your address ahead of schedule. Luggage is loaded. Your route has been planned — alternatives identified. There is nothing left to arrange.
For inbound journeys, your chauffeur is present in the arrivals hall from the moment your flight lands — name board in hand. Waiting time for delayed flights is included at no charge.
— No. 04 · Tariff
Event journeys are quoted as a return by default, since the return leg is the one worth booking. Evening hire is available where the car is wanted for the whole night.
— What Is Included
Encores overrun and extra time happens. Waiting is part of the booking and is not charged by the minute.
Congestion Charge, ULEZ and parking are included in the quoted figure where they apply. Nothing is added afterwards.
Still and sparkling water in the cabin for the journey home, with additional requests accommodated by arrangement.

"I booked as a 60th birthday treat for my husband — Thailand for Christmas and his birthday. I wanted him to arrive in style, and that is exactly what happened. Jamie loaded our bags, gave us a tour of all the facilities, and a gorgeous bottle of bubbly was on ice waiting for us. Chatty but not intrusive. Polite and funny. Very professional."

"Reliable, punctual and friendly service. We were going on a 40th birthday trip and all the little extras certainly made it even more memorable. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. First class service."

— Southend Airport · Your Chauffeur
Travel in Style Essex is not a fleet operation. There is one chauffeur: Jamie Gifford, who founded the service in 2019 and has conducted every journey personally since. When you make an enquiry, you speak to Jamie. When you are collected, it is Jamie at the door.
He holds an advanced RoSPA driving qualification, a clean PCO licence, and a DBS certificate. He drives as he attends to everything else — with composure, without hurry, and with the particular care of someone who takes pride in his work.
"The standard I hold myself to is simple: I ask whether I would be comfortable if the people I most respect could see exactly what I was doing and why. The answer is always yes."
