The vehicle for your Heathrow transfer is, by preference, our Mercedes-Benz V-Class — the flagship of our fleet, accommodating up to seven passengers with a cabin that speaks of unhurried care: executive captain seats, a starlight headliner, Hermès cabin throws, and complimentary refreshments laid out before departure. The luggage hold is generous; a full set of cases, golf equipment, or pushchairs present no difficulty.
For those travelling with fewer companions, our Mercedes-Benz E-Class or S-Class may be preferred — composed saloons, immaculately presented, each carrying the same standard of care. Every vehicle in our fleet is maintained personally by our principal chauffeur, Jamie Gifford, who conducts each journey himself.

Your booking is accepted by telephone or correspondence and confirmed in writing within the hour. We note your flight number, terminal, passenger count, and any particular requirements — pushchairs, golf equipment, accessibility needs, or a preference for a quieter cabin.
From the moment of confirmation, your flight is placed under continuous monitoring. We track departures, arrivals, delays, and gate changes through our dedicated systems. You need not update us — we remain informed.
The vehicle is prepared personally — cleaned, fuelled, and stocked with refreshments. We depart from our base with sufficient margin that no traffic event can cause a late arrival. A confirmation message is sent to you when we are en route.
For outbound journeys, we arrive at your address a composed few minutes ahead of schedule. Luggage is loaded. You are settled before the door closes. The route has been planned — alternatives identified. There is nothing left to think about.
For inbound journeys, your chauffeur is present in the arrivals hall from the moment your flight lands — name board in hand. Waiting time for delayed flights is included; there is no additional charge however long the wait. The car is positioned, luggage is loaded, and the journey home begins on your terms.
